Vital Mind
Our Vital Mind approach helps you re-build your cognitive reserves and have better focus, organization, processing, comprehension and recall. We work with you to holistically optimize your brain. We tap into the many layers of the mind to help you get beyond the surface and achieve success.
Vital Expression
Vital Expression combines traditional voice, communication and/or swallowing therapeutic approaches along with RMT (Respiratory Muscle Training), mind-body energy and/ or the support of the the whole mind to get to the root of problems and help you cultivate your best expression of you.
Vital Breath
We work with the physical body to treat weakness and in-coordination in the lungs, throat or mouth through targeted progressive resistance exercise with Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT). We also help you learn how to physically relax into more efficient breath patterns to optimize communication and/or overall vitality. Your goal may be to optimize your breath for performance, reduce shortness of breath, get a better night’s sleep or improve your voice or swallowing.

We believe in collaboration and partnership. We encourage all clients to be working directly with their healthcare physician for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Our offerings are client-centered and performed with utmost integrity. We do not diagnosis medical conditions beyond those related to cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders. As with any wellness/ healthcare offering, results are not guaranteed; however, our clients recognize and appreciate the unique and powerful offerings we provide. We work with you to design a treatment plan that meets your goals, and we measure progress. We will refer to other providers when appropriate.
